At Muli Collection, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
